Information you give us
When you submit an inquiry, quote request or order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, event details, delivery or pickup information, how you heard about us, and anything else you choose to tell us. We use it to answer you, prepare and deliver your order, and keep records of our orders.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are never stored by us.
Cookies and advertising measurement
We use the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc. — Facebook and Instagram) and Google Analytics to understand which of our ads and pages bring people to Flavorful. When these are active, they receive technical information about your visit (pages viewed, device and browser information, IP address, cookie identifiers) and a signal when you submit an inquiry form, start a checkout, or complete an order, including the order total. Meta may use this information to measure and optimize our advertising. We do not send your name, email address or phone number to these platforms.
In regions where consent is legally required (including the EEA, the UK, Switzerland and Brazil), nothing loads until you accept our cookie notice, and you can decline just as easily. Elsewhere, measurement runs by default and you can turn it off at any time using the button below. Residents of California and other US states with similar laws may also opt out of the sharing of personal information for advertising purposes using the same button.
We email you about your inquiry or order. If you opt in, we may also send occasional news about seasonal collections; every such email includes an unsubscribe link.
